A comprehensive non-invasive survey using the most appropriate specialist equipment for your property: tracer gas detection, thermal imaging, acoustic listening, borescope camera and moisture meter assessment, plus a detailed report with findings and recommendations.
Weekend appointments are our usual fixed price of £480 + VAT plus a £150 call-out fee. The fee is agreed up front when you book, so there are still no surprises on the day.
Once the leak has been located, any remedial repair work is quoted separately. Every repair varies depending on the type of leak, pipework and access required, so quotations are provided on a job-by-job basis with no obligation.
